Dr. Andy V. Pham is an Associate Professor of School Psychology at Florida International University. He is the co-director of Project SPECIAL (School Psychologists and Educators: Collaborative Interventions for All Learners) a 5-year training grant funded by the US Department of Education (2019-2024) which aims to train school psychology and special education students in culturally responsive and evidence-based practices.
