Chavez Phelps

Dr. Chavez Phelps is an assistant professor of school psychology at Georgia State University. Dr. Phelps’s research interests include examining teacher self-care strategies, group mentoring for youth, and mindfulness as trauma-informed school practices. He has conducted several trauma-informed care workshops for school districts and educators.
