David VanHorn
Executive Director of Specialized Services, Green Hills Area Education Agency
Dr. David VanHorn is the Executive Director of Specialized Services and Supports at Green Hills Area Education Agency in southwest Iowa. As the Executive Director, he oversees the provision of special education services to students on IEPs in the area. He serves as an adjunct instructor in UNI's school psychology graduate program. He is a licensed psychologist and a licensed school psychologist. He received his M.Ed. and Ph.D. in School Psychology from Indiana State University.
