I am a graduate student at the University of Northern Iowa, set to graduate in 2022 with my EdS. I was born in Velika Kladuša, a city located in a small southeastern European country known today as Bosnia. I moved to America with my parents in 1997 and have been living in Waterloo, Iowa ever since! My background contributed to my interest in learning more about the role of educators with refugee students. Thanks for listening to my presentation!
