He also studies intellectual diversity, autonomy support, motivation interventions, engagement, teacher-student relationships, happiness, positive psychology interventions, time attitudes, alcohol use, and marijuana use. His work has been featured in many news sources such as the Wall Street Journal, Canadian TV News, and Academic Minute.
