Kenneth L. Miller, Ph.D., is a professor in the Department of Psychological Sciences and Counseling at Youngstown State University. He is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor (Ohio) and a National Certified Counselor. Dr. Miller has a strong interest in building capacity in clinical training programs designed to produce highly skilled and dispositionally competent practitioners to serve the needs of individuals and families.
