Leandra Parris, PhD, is an Assistant Professor and Program Director of School Psychology at William & Mary. Her expertise is in the areas of trauma-informed care, crisis prevention/intervention, and social justice within education and school psychology. She is the current Co-Chair of the National Association of School Psychology Social Justice Committee, which works to promote and enhance socially just school psychology practices. She developed the Trauma-Informed Program for Promoting Success, which is a trauma-informed curriculum that includes students, teacher, and parent training regarding school violence, peer aggression, and the influence of technology on youth mental health.
