Pamela Fenning is a professor and graduate program co-director at Loyola University Chicago. She is a licensed clinical and school psychologist in Illinois and has school psychology board certification. Her research focuses on ways to mitigate racism, ableism, and bias in school pushout, such as suspension, expulsion, and arrests. Her interdisciplinary work centers on ways to move toward more equitable school discipline policies, behavioral practices, legislation, and restorative practices.
