Phillip Tenaglia

Phil Tenaglia is a certified ACT coach and school psychologist with over 35 years of experience in K–12 education. He has developed the ACT Matrix approach to social–emotional learning and is a published author on the subject. Phil was named school psychologist of the year by the New Jersey Association of School Psychologists in 2016.
