Shelley Upton

Shelley Upton, Ph.D. is a postdoctoral fellow jointly appointed by the Sorenson Legacy Foundation Center for Clinical Excellence, the Center for Persons with Disabilities, and the Department of Psychology at Utah State University. Shelley received her Ph.D. in school psychology from Louisiana State University in 2020. Her research focuses on the utilization of mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
