Measuring Bullying Participant Role Behaviors



The goal of the current study was to shorten the Bullying Participant Behaviors Questionnaire (BPBQ) to measure bullying, assisting, defending, outsider behaviors, and victimization experiences more efficiently.

  • better understand the different bullying participant role behaviors,
  • learn about a short form of a measure to assess the following bullying participant role behaviors: bully, assistant, victim, defender, and outsider; and
  • learn how the short version of the BPBQ measure can be used in practice and research.
